The Confident Explorer Method™ is a digital travel-planning guide and workbook product supplied electronically as downloadable PDF materials.
The product is intended to help travellers think through their trip, understand what their plans may be like in practice, make informed choices, and prepare for their travel.
The files included with your purchase are those described on the sales page and at checkout. A device and software capable of opening standard PDF files are required. Printing is optional.
The Confident Explorer Method™ is delivered electronically after successful payment using the email address provided at checkout. The expected supply date is the date of purchase.
If you do not receive access to your purchase or experience a problem with the download, please contact hello@theconfidentexplorer.com so the issue can be resolved.
The price that applies to your purchase is the price displayed at checkout when you place your order. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. The purchase price, any applicable taxes or other charges, and the total amount payable will be shown before you complete payment.
This is a one-time purchase and does not automatically renew.
If an introductory or promotional offer applies, the applicable price, eligibility requirements, duration and other conditions will be stated on the sales page or at checkout before purchase.
Because The Confident Explorer Method™ is a digital product that is delivered electronically and can be accessed immediately, The Confident Explorer does not offer change-of-mind refunds, returns or exchanges after access to the product has been provided.
If you do not receive the product, receive a defective or corrupted file, or believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact hello@theconfidentexplorer.com so the issue can be investigated and corrected.
Nothing in these Purchase Terms limits any cancellation, refund or other rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
Your purchase gives you a licence to use The Confident Explorer Method™ for your own personal, non-commercial travel planning.
You may save the PDF materials to your own devices, print them for your own use, and reuse the worksheets or tools when planning your own trips, including trips you are taking with other people.
You may not reproduce or distribute the product for others, share or forward the digital files, upload them to a shared or public location, resell them, publish them, or use them as part of a commercial service, course, workshop, coaching program or other product without written permission from The Confident Explorer.
Copyright in the original written content, worksheets and other original materials contained in The Confident Explorer Method™ is owned by Kristi Hovland, carrying on business as The Confident Explorer, except where otherwise indicated and to the extent protected by applicable law.
Those materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared or used commercially except as permitted by these Purchase Terms or applicable law, or with prior written permission.
The Confident Explorer Method™ name and related branding are used as trademarks of The Confident Explorer.
The Confident Explorer Method™ provides general travel-planning education, reflection and decision support. It does not book or sell travel and is not a substitute for advice from a travel provider or other qualified professional where professional advice is appropriate.
Travel requirements, schedules, prices, policies, accessibility information, entry requirements and other circumstances can change. Travellers should verify information that is important to their trip with current official sources and the relevant travel providers before relying on it.
The choices and arrangements made for a particular trip remain the responsibility of the traveller. Use of the Method does not guarantee a particular travel experience or outcome.

The product description and purchase information shown before checkout, these Purchase Terms, and the order information provided when your purchase is completed together form the terms of your purchase.
